Dear Friends of KEDO,
I am both overwhelmed and amazed at the compassion and response to help in pursuit of “Project Save Women and Children”! Your generosity has been nothing short of amazing. Our goal is to build a fully functioning Health Clinic in Kpalo-bli, Sinoe County, Liberia. This is a urgent need as Liberia has the 5th highest maternal mortality rate in the world. The first step will be the completion of the foundation of the building. The estimates from the engineers range around $12,000. Currently since our Annual Fundraiser event on August 26th we have raised $3,308.21! The total cost of the project is $75,000 so we are just getting started!
To each and every one of you, I again say thank you!!! The funds have a direct impact in our ability to build a health clinic and help save lives. We still need the generous support of our friends and supporters to continue to get the word out and make a real impact! If you haven’t had an opportunity to donate, please consider helping us in our mission to save lives!
